Mental Illnesses and 60 Year Cycle

Shastamsa D-60 in Vedic Astrology is relates directly to past life and karma, is one of the most important Divisional Charts for the analysis of a Horoscope, we know that we all incarnate to live the result of our past actions.

But my formal preparation is based on Western Astrology, techniques that seem different in calculation, perhaps in use, but have a common factor.
